Upon entering Maydan's private tents, we'll be transported a world away from the city to experience their signature tawle menu, a true feast for the eyes and senses. Tawle, which means “table” in Arabic, captures the spirit of abundance and communal dining that defines Maydan. Designed for connection and sharing, this family-style meal includes a generous spread of salads, pickles, and herbal, savory Middle Eastern bites; seasonal vegetables, grilled kebabs, whole lamb shoulder, ribeye, whole cauliflower (vegetarian/Vegan), branzino, and fresh-baked Tone bread, all meant to be passed around the table and enjoyed together.
